All orders are shipped from our location in Międzyrzec Podlaski, Poland.
For larger quantities of products such as cladding boards, flooring, and beams, we provide a detailed quotation including delivery time after receiving your inquiry. Delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks.
We manufacture custom furniture and adapt our products to your wishes, specifications, and needs. Furniture can be produced based on your designs or sketches.
We supply both private customers and wholesalers.
1. Offer / Prices
Prices include standard packaging suitable for transport, as well as standard handling and loading costs of the goods.
2. Order Confirmation
The order must be confirmed by both parties. Only the content stated in the order form shall be binding.
3. Delivery
The delivery date is non-binding. A delay of up to 10 days shall not constitute a breach of contract.
4. Transport
Transport costs are charged separately.
It is required that access for heavy trucks is possible and legally permitted.
The recipient is responsible for the immediate unloading of the vehicle at their own cost.
The recipient must provide a suitable area for unloading the goods.
5. Shipment of Samples
Samples of natural wood, stone, and other reclaimed materials originating from dismantled buildings may show variations in size, structure, color, and texture, as well as traces of previous use and other material-specific characteristics.
Therefore, a sample provides only a representative overview of the delivered goods.
Variations in properties that have not been explicitly guaranteed are possible and shall not constitute a defect.
6. Defects and Liability
Quality discrepancies must be reported immediately after delivery.
Quantity discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We are not obliged to accept returns or replacements of goods. In the case of justified liability, we may, at our discretion, replace the goods, accept a return, or remedy the defect.
Further claims are excluded. In particular, we accept no liability for goods that have already been processed or resold.
Reclaimed wood and historic building materials naturally show variations in size, structure, color, and texture, as well as traces of previous use. These characteristics are material-specific and shall not constitute a defect.
Additionally, these materials are sensitive to breakage and damage. Breakage of up to 5% per delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation claims.
We accept no liability for contamination or pest infestation in delivered goods, including thermally treated wood.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods shall remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
In the case of late payment or justified concerns regarding the buyer’s solvency, we shall be entitled to reclaim goods subject to retention of title at the buyer’s expense.
The buyer is obliged to store the goods in conditions that do not reduce their quality.
8. Final Provisions
All disputes between the parties shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court competent for the registered office of Alldeco.
